Hi, my name is Grace and I am an Idol addict. Me, who watches no TV. I’m addicted to American Idol. I admit it, it’s super Velveeta, but I have always been a fan of watching people live their dream. I wish Simon Cowell was still a judge, but I still find it entertaining.
So when I got tickets to the 11th season finale, I was on like white on rice. I have to say it was bit aggressive to fly to Los Angeles the morning of the show to get there on time, beating the car rental line, traffic, and organizing the baby sitter last minute, but it was all worth it when I heard Jessica Sanchez do the crazy duet with Jennifer Holiday in person. That was the most amazing live performance I have ever seen.
It was also great to experience a facility like the Nokia theater. It made entering and exiting for 7,000-plus people completely civilized. I guess LA is built for such things.I am still a fan and look forward to season 12.
